Hello support -

I just purchased the IWL plugin and I love it. But, on the sales page I was watching the third video down the page where it shows to change the cache to 777. My current setting is 755.

But, my question is WHY am I suppose to change this? What is changing the setting to 777 going to do for me?

I appreciate your time and any details you can tell me about my question.

    Hi Scott

My apology first for being late in replying this. I deleted another similar ticket which you have created.

The reason you need to change it to 777 is that the folder "cache" is used to store the thumbnail generated by STW that will then be used if you are using tooltip.

With that thumbnail stored, it will speed up image loading (instead of asking for STW to generate a new one, the system will check and see if the required images has been generated before).

Hope this clear up your doubts.

    thanks
    Rob
