Hi Rob, had my tech guy go through the process of loading as per instructions and we are having loads of probs. Can you assist.

See below:

Ok, I don't know why its not working. I am sure I have all the files on the site correctly and have configured a database for it but when I use the install like as specified in the PDF, http://www.internetmarketingseoprofits.com//instantslideup/index.ph..., nothing happens just get a blank page.

I think you will have to email them.

The details for your installation are:

MySql database created with the following details:
define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');
define('DB_NAME', 'heatleyg_isudb');
define('DB_USER', 'heatleyg_isu');
define('DB_PASS', 'isu1990');

Files FTP up to site in http://www.internetmarketingseoprofits.com//instantslideup/ - physical location /public_html/instantslideup/

When the install is run, nothing happens just a blank page. http://www.internetmarketingseoprofits.com//instantslideup/index.ph...

   *Password:* 6rSU927Rm
   *FTP Server:* ftp.internetmarketingseoprofits.com
   *FTP Server Port:* 21

   This is set to the access the "public_html" directory and below - ie where
   the InstantSlideUp is installed. If he has to have root access, we can (not
   advisable but if necessary)
