cannot reach configure.php

When I put in my url to configure ISU I get the following message:

Fatal error:
The encoded file /home/olnpblog/public_html/instantslideup/configure/configure.php has expired or is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0

Suggestions please? This is a WP blog.

   Hi Miachael,

   I believe you are using ISU1.0

   You need to upload the file configure.php in binary mode. That will solve the problem
