Hi,

I've got this file
ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so on the server in the /ioncube directory

But I'm getting this error
Site error: the file /home/kenmc/public_html/instantslideup/app/app.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I tried uploading it again. All the files are there.

Any ideas?

   Hi Bettina,

   I assume you are running the self-hosted version of ISU in that case. For PHP5 unfortunately you'll need to edit the php.ini file to enable ioncube loading.

   You can submit a support ticket to your web hosting company to get it enabled. It is a fairly simple process.
