Service not working

Hi we were using this project code:
but now our banner displays an add for instant slideup instead of our project.
What happen, is that a tax of sorts for using the free services.

Hi John
I go through and it seems that since you are on FREE account, you are only entitled to 1000 impression per month.
You signed up at 27th Feb and unfortunately you have already exceeded the 1000 impression quota. Therefore the ISU slideup is shown instead.
Please consider upgrade so that your ISU will continue to show.
You can easily upgrade by going to your account, under the left hand "setting" tab, "upgrade your account"

Robe,
That was a lot of impressions - most of them while we were working on
our site and viewing various pages during the setup.
We are going to subscribe to the premium service. I have a question
about configuration. How does the service know not to display for
somebody who has dismissed the banner or who has already filled it
out? Obviously we need to minimize unnecessary displays. Does it
deposit a Cookie in each person browser or look at unique IP addresses?

Hi John
We chose to implement user tracking using via cookie.
IP is not reliable as most of the people are using broadband service which assign dynamic IP everytime they reconnect.
