Refund Request

I have been patient (asking for over 60 days + 9-10 messages) and would still like to obtain a refund the correct way through your company. If you will read my other messages I have sent you will understand how long/what I have previously said towards this topic.

Nothing further will be discussed, I will charge-back if a refund is not received within 10 days. Today is 1/17/2012. I will request for a charge back on 1/27/2012.

Please solve this problem soon.

    I am finished with ISU, I have moved onto Page Peel Away Ads now. I am currently happy with the sign up % I am getting. I believe I will stick with this since it only cost me 27usd compared to the 200+ I spent on ISU and never got it working. I am not going to complain anymore, I am simply done with trying to work your product. That is solely the problem at this point.

    I have contacted my coder and he feels the same about ISU vs. Page Peel Away Ads.

    Thank you for your help. A refund would be wonderful now.

    All right zach, refund of USD 167 is done. USD30 has to be taken off for the processing fees and our merchant fees
