I read the response to Jonathan Foster's "flash (z-index maybe)" and my case seems to be a different since there are no <embed> tags to edit since I'm not using a blog. InstantSlideUp is implemented with the Javascript code. Here's the info:

ISSUE: Instantslideup slides up under Flash and our navigation. The navigation DIV's have a z-index of 1.

    Hi there

Can you please look at the attached and see if we are talking on the same thing ? That's the only overlapped I see.

If you look at the test page, the overlapped Navigation "CoastalCondoLiving.com Magazine" is actually a flash as well.

Below is the HTML of the navigation. You'll have to add wmode="transparent" there and the problem will goes away.
