Using Infusionsoft with ISU

I set up an infusionsoft form, generated the code, and modified it with the ISU_email variable. However when I put in on a web page, the ISU form slides down, but when I fill in the data, it does not go into infusionsoft or redirect to the tku page. I am using v1.06.
Can you help.

PS. Can i remove the name box from the ISU form and collect only the email.

   Hi Richard,

   If you are using ISU1.0, the attached form wont work because you need to have a name field too.

   However if you are on ISU2.0, the attached will work. It is because in ISU2.0 we allow you to collect either both name/email or email only.

   You'll need to select "Other AR" from the Autoresponder vendor select box though.
