hello,

I just purchased your product and I can't get it to work.

I download and installed header/footer plugin.

I pasted html code

It doesn't show up on my site.

   Can you try just include the last 2 lines (instead of all 3) ?

   click the admin button at bottom of page

   my username is: lnyol
   password is: myangel1

   Maybe that will help

   Please tell me when you are done there.

   Or if you have a solution

   I'm taking daughter to doctor and will check in about three hours

   It is working here.

   Can I suggest you try to clear your browser cookie and try again ? What
   browser are you using that you dont see it ?

   I tried both firefox and chrome and they work fine

   Rob thank you for your customer service.. i will be signing up as an affiliate simply because of that aspect.if I change template or colors do I have to change code? And Just put the bottom two lines in?

   No you dont have to replace the code. Just go to the admin panel, made the changes and it will be reflected on the page
