Hi Rob,

Having a lot of difficulties getting this right. Every time I try to set up an optin slide up it tells me I have to upgrade which I have done.

How do access the new system and then when using Aweber how do I pull ou the relevant code out of the overall forms that their system designs.

   Hi Heatley,

   Can you try logging off and then log in to the ISU again ? That should
   resolve this.

   Oh I see. Now only I realised that you are using self-hosted ISU.

   You need to install first. Do you have the license key ? What is the paypal address you were using to pay for the software ?

   paypal address is ***@bigpond.com. I have installed but may need to
   again. I do not have the details for some reason while away my admin team
   deleted them.
